Dr. Eppele really seems to care about her patients! The doctor listens and answers your questions! She is open to discussing medications, TMS, supplements, and other approaches as well, which I really appreciated. Had a video appointment with Dr. Padmini and her team about a week before (11/21/24) thanksgiving and was told I’d hear a follow up maybe the next week about testing and starting therapy and even about possibly doing more bloodwork. I haven’t heard anything back since (12/17/24). I didn’t see anywhere that the appointment would be with others also so that was pretty awkward telling two other people my current stressors. DO NOT GO TO SAADIA SHAH (LMFT). She laughed at me when I went in for therapy after discussing a distressing situation I was in. Said there was nothing she could do. It wasn't like I asked? Extremely unprofessional and her couch is uncomfortable.
