Opticians didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to pay extra to get better lenses or add on’s to my prescription guessing they assumed that I had state insurance I couldn’t afford it I am an optician myself and always ask my customers even with insurance would they like anything additional to pay extra and go over what the insurance covers they had me pick a frame and that was all not good customer service manager didn’t seem bothered that it was a problem
Got my glasses last week and decided to use them today and they were already broken! I haven’t even gotten to wear them. These were an exchange from the wrong prescription so this is twice now I have been disappointed by this place.
