Tried to con the elderly by charging $1100 to fix a leaking roof by just using cawlking which looked like a 3 year old did it. Leak still was not fixed and came back and ripped off her entire one side of roof (1 and 1/2 sq), tried telling her he installed a ridge vent and pipe boots.. absolutely no ridge vent or any pipes on the roof also put flashing on top of the shingles and capped the peak the wrong direction. I called Tom up after debating about doing my roof for a while. We decided to do the roof. They showed up on time and finished the job in good time. They also repaired the chimney. Great Job!
Called Tom for an unconventional rubber roof issue. 2 other roofers tried to repair & had no results. Tom came by the next day, took a look, saw the problem and fixed it in 1 day. It cost me 1/2 as much as the other guys and was done right. Thank you. Highly recommended
Be careful when contracting with this firm. They installed new gutters on our home, and days later the rain came pouring down over the gutters, making it impossible to walk up the stairs to our home. This also created dampness in our attic leading to mold. After avoiding our calls for three weeks, Tom Morrell shows up-- he apologizes--then promises to return to fix the problems.
