The doctor himself seemed very knowledgeable and very thorough. The front office lady was absolutely horrible. I have double coverage insurance between myself and my husband. I was required to pay for the visit in full without her billing my insurance companies first. She told me she informed me of this before I came in. I spoke with this lady on 3 different occasions and not once did she inform me of this. Dr Higdon is an extremely well prepared smart individual. I have never seen a Dr go over my medical record with such care, patience and willingness to understand. Every single aspect of my TMD and treatment was explained to me. I have 0 complaints and would like for every Dr to care about patients the way he does. Also, the building where his practice is has free parking :D
Dr. Higdon is outstanding! I had some major bite issues and needed a lot of work which took longer than usual. His expertise, skill and patience were incredible. He pays attention to detail and wants the best for his patients. I was so pleased with the final outcome. I would HIGHLY recommended Dr. Higdon. He is committed to results and goes the extra mile.
