If I could give him less than one star I would. Fell off the planet owing us (owners) almost $10K. Cannot contact him by phone, email, nothing. We're working with our current tenants so they don't end up homeless.
David Klevgard of TMG has not paid our tenant security deposits and charged us for invoices that he never paid. He has been sued 17 times, according to Wisconsin court records, and declared bankruptcy in order to avoid paying out. Many people he owes money are trying to find him. Steer clear, and spread the word!
This property manangment company was unprofessional when I tried to rent from them. I made an appointment to see a rental. He called me to reschedule because there was a conflict. Ok, no problem! Well I arrive at the new appointment time and waited. I was a little early so I didn't think anything was wrong at first.
