Westbrooke in WDM is Terrible! I Second All These Comments! Our experience has been identical to these. Heat going out for days without being fixed, landlords shutting off neighbors heat in the middle of winter, only to flood our place, sewer pipes exploding and flooding our apartment, I could go on and on. Terrible managment TMG Management must have a policy of hiring the worst and least qualified managers to run their apartments judging by the other review. Penny Oliver now runs my building and has been extremely rude to me and my roommate over the last few months. The last time that I had a complaint and went to the office she told me that I was the tenant and she was the management, saying that gave her authority over me and I should not be complaining to her like I was. Attitude of management Kathyrn does not have an adult manner of confronting people. She is rude to say it mildly. She treats the tennants here like her kids. I am not impressed with the way this place it is run. Half the time there is NO management here, and when she is here she is flat out rude to talk to. I have lived in apartments before and I HAVE NEVER met a ruder person in management before! She has lost all respect here from the tenants.
