The doctors here are great and this would be a 5 star reviee if it weren't for the communication. Have been waiting a week for a call back on important and time sensitive information, so I called them to check on things. I talked to someone briefly but was put on hold then hung up on. Called back and could hear talking but they muted then just left me on the line. It would have been nice if they just let me know nobody was available.
I love the doctors. If you can ever get through to them. Perpetually on hold when you call, every time. Hours aren't accurate- answering system is often activated by 2pm.
Great staff! Dr. Waber is awesome!! She's very kind and gentle and isn't afraid to answer any questions and listens to your concerns!
I'm currently in my 3rd trimester pregnant with twins & I was asking about the newborn appointments. I got all the info I needed & more they were so nice & sweet. I haven't even gone yet :)
