It’s not too often that I see a provider implode before they even start. We will be discussing this today. We had to take my 2 year old daughter in to have some blood work done. Claudia was absolutely amazing! She did perfect on drawing blood from our toddler. I would 100% recommend taking your toddler here to have blood work done. Thank you again so much Claudia! You guys made this experience very pleasant.
Save your time and book somewhere else . Waited TWO MONTHS to schedule for agonizing lupus and they kept telling me l needed more and more paperwork everytime .. my PCP already faxed required paperwork over 5 times . Northwest Rheumatologist got me in within the same day sending the referral … definitely recommend going to them instead . This TMC place is unprofessional & lazy.
Dr. Redford has been great and Jayden at the front desk is always calm and courteous but I have concerns about the fact that my osteoporosis medication has been delayed by nearly four weeks. It has been anticipated that I would need this medication since my first visit back in August and it appears that prior authorization has only recently been applied for and then I’m told that the pharmacy doesn’t have it available and the physician assistant says it’s not her fault that the pharmacy doesn’t have it.
