They were great while I was pregnant. Not so great for labor. The doctor that delivered my baby was super shady and lied to push me into having a C-section. After having my baby, the obgyn office itself went down hill very quickly. They do not care about you postpartum if you have any issues good luck. My doctor left the practice and they considered me as a “new patient” which was extremely problematic when I encountered a plethora of postpartum medical issues and questions I needed help addressing. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE. I HAD AN EMERGENCY TODAY AND COULD NOT MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT. HAVE BEEN CALLING THE OFFICE FOR 4 HOURS STRAIGHT, STILL NO ANSWER. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD PICK AN OBGYN THAT WILL ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE. THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME MORE THAN ONCE. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.
I had a sonogram yesterday and it was with Jhaelynn Myers. I don’t know if anyone ever even reads these but she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This is my third baby and I’ve NEVER had someone so sweet, informative and genuinely made the experience so fun!!!!!!
TMC failed to verify insurance from a referral from the VA. Next available appointment is eight months out. They are trying to get me to self pay in order to keep my appointment that they called me for. It seems like they are trying to get double paid.
Wonderful staff and very friendly. I called to book a appointment since the office I normally go to is fully booked. The receptionist I spoke to was so kind and quick. I felt so welcomed and that they truly care about their patients. I’ve never had such a wonderful phone call experience. Thinking about making this my permanent OB office now.
