Your better off doing some research and looking for better Drs. If your having issues you've never dealt with before don't expect to be treated like you matter.. the girls upfront are rude and act like they don't just sit and take calls all day and rude about your refills that one of their Drs prescribed!! They'll just throw you at psych.. one Dr younger then me had no idea what she was doing.. disappointed to say the least I've had several pretty serious new conditions I've never had to deal with come up and they over there... read more
I was so impressed with the entire new TMC CAMPUS. I HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER ADMITTED TO THE TMC RINCON MEDICAL CENTER. While visiting her today, I was able to communicate with the RN , had a volunteer come by and see if there was anything they could do to make her more comfortable as well as myself. And the MANAGER stopped by introduced himself! Making sure patients needs were met. THANKYOU TMC TEAM RINCON!
