Tmc one will screw your prescription up every time. This review has nothing to do with his primary care doctor and clara vista pediatric. They screwed it up twice in one day TMC one does not understand how to send the medication to the pharmacy you tell them to on the phone twice. Very frustrating getting prescriptions filled by TMC One if they answer do not even talk to them your waisting your time ask to be transferred to your actual doctor.
The atmosphere and the people are amazing here. My children love their Doctor and were very excited to see her again. Dr. Martin is great with children.
If you looking for a pediatrics doctor don't chose Dr. Wong she is horrible listen and she just do what she want as doctor. She tried to diagnosed my son and I wasn't haven't it. I am not the mom to play with when it comes to my child care because he came out my vaginal. I always put my son first no matter what. I will be finding him another doctor. Doctor need to be doctor and stop being extra in Arizona. Tennessee doctors are better and detailed with the patient and the moms or parents.
The doctors are great, but when you can’t actually get through via telephone…at all…how can assistance be rendered? This has been an issue for several months. Please please please fix the phone issue.
The doctor we saw was amazing and allowed our son to play doctor with her. She was very responsive and thorough with her evaluation and understanding of my needs and concerns. I am making an appointment for my youngest to be seen by the same doctor. We also appreciated how quickly they were able to get him in for an appointment.
