I’m a new patient of Dr. Zaetta, and I’m so grateful for both him and his medical assistant, Elizabeth. Dr. Zaetta is caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me get last-minute things I needed for a new job, which helped me tremendously. I’m very thankful for their kindness and support — truly a great team!
Fast and friendly
Lab tech, Jocelyn, was very rude. No eye contact or smile or verbal instructions for urinalysis. The needle insertion for bloodwork was more painful than I’ve ever experienced.
First-time patient here, hoping to establish care. The medical assistant was lovely, and the doctor was fine, though a bit rapid in speech, making it hard to track with. But I won’t be back. The front desk gal was brusque at check-in and completely ignored me at check-out while she engaged in extended small talk with another patient for over 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledging glance my way. Good luck trying to get "care" here. The provider spent 7 min. Typing into the computer never looking at me. They hurt their staff. Can't get a new provider for 6 mo. and now I have to have another "new patient" (aka spend 7 min typing) visit. Now I'm sick and can't been seen by a provider. AFTER 40 MIN ON HOLD. Couldn't make the tech work for a telehealth visit. Awful provider!!!
