When they called I thought they were calling abour my old oncologist and not my new referral. When I called to correct this I could not get through to scheduling. Operator told me they’d call me back in 2-3 day. With cancer you do not want to wait so long just for a call back. I’ve tried to get thru but have been told they have my message and will call when they have time. I guess Connie with scheduling really showed me. WOW such care and concern for cancer patients how may are lock just due schedulers just not caring
This is a non caring Nonprofit that profits. I have gone to this practice since it opened. I have had my PCP years before he went to TMCOne. The office has always and will always be a mess. My medial information is never uploaded into their systems although they get the information from other providers I see. I know the outside Doctors I see send the faxes.
