My provider, Mary Helen Darcy retired abruptly in July 2026, and the office didn't care to inform her patients--I even have an appointment scheduled for later this year. I didn't find out until my pharmacy reached out and said they couldn't get a hold of my provider. Now I'm scrambling to find a new provider and to have my prescription approved.

I was a patient at this practice for almost 40 years. Up until about five years ago, I received exemplary care. Dr. Logan and MaryHelen were wonderful providers, and when my daughters needed a gynecologist, I brought them to this practice as well because I trusted the care we received. A few years ago, the practice moved to Malden. Dr. Logan had already retired, but MaryHelen was still there, so we chose to remain with the practice. The lady that answers the phone will treat you like a crazy person. Mixing up appointments, then calling you a fraud and blaming you for it. Making you question yourself despite the fact it was their own carelessness. I regret ever reaching out to this place for the sake of my mental health.
