The staff is friendly, efficient, and beyond qualified. They know a lot about a lot and go that extra mile. After fixing a virus, for example, they taught us a work around for our glitchy scanner, Siri, and updated every thing on the computer. Drop ins are easy and they make house calls!

There are not enough nice words to describe the excellent and quick service of this staff. They have salvaged my computer from the depths of despair twice. I took my computer to geek squad once (before I knew about Tmc) I got my computer back and it was slower than ever. I will never take my pc to geek squad again.
