I was at the TMC One La Canada location today 7/13/23 for my doctor’s appointment. I was roamed by MA after giving my new insurance information to the front desk staff. I was going to be seen only to be told that TMC do not see private pay clients so I had to leave. I was immediately ushered out like a child who was about to be given a time out for being in trouble and was taken to the lobby. I was pissed. I would give TMC One zero stars if I could but this system requires at least one star. My Doctor recently became affiliated with TMC One. I am no longer able to call his office. All calls are directe to a call center. I have now tried calling the call center three (3) times over several months. Each time, after being in the queue for several minutes, the call is dropped.
