Good communication. Genuine, friendly, and honest. Went to look at the 2000 Silverado on a day that saw ice and snow. Outside and inside of the truck were as described. Took the testdrive in the snow, so appropriate for a 4-wheel drive. We loved the truck and made the deal. Thanks for a painless and friendly experience.
