Did not keep her promises many occasions on when the job would get completed. When she told us she would be giving us art work regarding the job per e-mail on a certain date that never happen either. She told us if we had anything we would like to change she would be happy to as she wanted us to be satisfied. We do want to make a change! She won't even answer our calls / texts.
