I have only been here a few times. But most recently I made an appointment on the weekend for a pedicure. Fair to say, they do not handle a crowd very well at all. There is a bunch of people at the front desk, but no one seems to be comprehensive to any questions being asked. The VIP SPA pedicure is not what it’s made out to be, and I didn’t receive “VIP” service, and my pedicure was very rushed from the tech who was servicing me due to the crowd, despite that fact I HAD an appointment. My experience at TLZ was absolutely exceptional! Being from New York, I naturally have high expectations, and I can confidently say that TLZ exceeded every one of them. During my visits to Delaware, I’ve tried several nail salons, and none have quite measured up — until now. From the warm and welcoming greeting to the seamless checkout process, every aspect of my visit was top-tier. If I were a local, TLZ would undoubtedly be my go-to nail salon!

Carolyn was very nice and did my nails beautifully. Took off a star because the dude making the drinks ain’t wash the glasses with soap. Saw him “wash” the glasses with just water and a sponge. Even the person next to me who saw as well had to do a double take. Makes me question their cleanliness throughout the salon. But other then that was a very nice establishment!
