The nails.were awesome. He just added 32$ on without telling me and when I paid he didn't say anything. Then when I asked why I payed that much they said they couldn't give back my money. Bad business and too expensive for shit that ruins your nails. My daughter had honoring so I did it for her. I would never go back there. Bad morals. Bad business. Learn how to speak English and then speak!!!!
Service has gone down hill and they nickle and dime you for every little thing like having naturally long nails and taking off gel but not getting gel again. Waited 23 minutes to be seen just to have 3 people who came after me get sat before me. Then I got serviced for 1/2 things I booked and was sat up front again for 36 minutes without any acknowledgement or discount. Waste of my Sunday afternoon, take your money where it will be respected.
Every single time I get my nails done here, I couldn't love them more! Everyone here is so talented and the atmosphere is so nice and everyone really lifts each other up.
