Always get a great haircut here, and everyone is super nice!
One of the BEST hair salons I’ve been in. From the start of when you walk in. The energy is light, the energy is SAFE. I called with a concern apart my hair after giving birth and currently losing hair. Ms.Trina showed nothing but care, and concern and that love carried to my appointment as she took her time and did my hair and treated it for hydration and trimmed my ends. Requested a specific style & was not completed as requested. The braids were a lot larger than requested which resulted in the hairstyle coming loose within 4 days of my vacation, which is why I specifically requested small braids. Also, stylist not skilled in braiding to scalp. Unsure if stylist felt rush, there appeared to be a conflict with another appointment scheduled after mine. Unfortunately disappointment with my first time but still paid and tipped nicely
