Why this company shows an F is beyond me! I seriously needed attic insulation, I called and received estimates from 4 different company's, and after speaking with Bill, a rep from Duke Energy (he's in charge of the rebate dept there) (which TLS IS credited with Duke Energy to qualify for the rebate.) Not only that, Bill personally gave TLS a high recommendation, and he personally will come and inspect (complimentary) the finished job a few days after job is completed. Absolute wonderful company from start to finish. Upon first contacting TLS Insulation for duct sealing and attic insulation install, I spoke with Tom, one of the owners. He was extremely nice, flexible with my scheduling needs, took the time to explain the process and answer any questions that I had. He also answered his phone anytime I called him. A gem of a great family owned business. Great pricing, great knowledge, great professionalism. Had old insulation taken out and new insulation blown in. They did an awesome job and even though we live in an older home with little space in the attic to move around they managed to do the job and do it so well.
