I took a cracked flow control fitting from my forklift in to TLR hoping they had or could find a replacement. The shop hand made an effort but it was pretty clear the owners or management had no time or desire for my issue which had my forklift completely down. While I was there on a Monday a large rental company came in trying to pick up a cylinder that was promised on the prior Friday and they had apparently over promised and under delivered. Mike was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He sized a seal for me in seconds and helped save my customer hundreds of dollars . He was also understaffed and taking care of other people as well.
Fantastic best place to get any hydraulic repairs the employee's are very respectful ans know what they are doing.
Went in there with a hydraulic and they got it out faster than anyone I've ever seen!
