Tina went above and beyond to assist my daughter and me with the documentation required to enter certain EU countries. We both take medications that are illicit and/or not available there, which gave us great anxiety and realistic concerns that those medications would be subject to seizure at the border. Tina knows all the ins and outs, and made two trips to obtain a doctor's signature when he was unavailable due to an emergency. I called to see if she could notarize something for me, she was at some kind of notary event and wasn't available. However, she spent several minutes contacting multiple people until she found me a notary she knew, 3- way called us together, and then followed up to ensure sure that her referral was helpful. She is super helpful
