Inquired about new space near Evening Rose. The online advertisement & brochure say 4 units each at 1,000sq. ft. Ad says you can lease up to 4,000sq.ft. Spoke to Laurie Blank. She called me immediately. Told me that I couldn't lease/rent because I was looking for less than 2,000 Sq. ft. The advertisement and realtor are contradictions. I suggest updating the advertisement to an honest one. Very close to negligent misrepresentation for a realtor.
