Yesterday our 12 year old German Shepherd’s time had unfortunately arrived. My family was having an extremely hard time finding an emergency vet to help him pass on, until we found TLC. The staff was extremely understanding and compassionate, worked very quickly, and most important of all so gentle and sweet with our family dog Rocko. I would not have wanted him to go in any other way, they were phenomenal and made such a terrible moment so much easier. I have never had a bad experience at this specialty practice. Everyone has been very professional and kind. The only negative is why I have to use their services. Will continue to reccomend them. They have been patient with my 17yo Cat Stubby who is never particularly "happy" to be there.

Don’t even waste your time here I drove my bleeding dog there last night and before even explaining what happened the lady told us they are at full capacity and don’t have doctor that can help the dog to try other places because they don’t have staff that can do this. Went home luckily I managed to stop the bleeding at home and I call the next day to hear the same story about how they at full capacity again and the lady on the phone is not empathetic at all knowing that somebody out here just needs her dog to be help my dog ... read more
