All of the medical staff here is amazing. We called ahead and were seen shortly after arriving. The male receptionist was so sweet and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately not 5 stars because the female receptionist was incredibly rude, I was unaware you were not “supposed” to ring the bell to be let into the building (even though it states otherwise) and when she let us in I was met with “MA’AM you don’t HAVE to ring the bell”… continued to have an attitude the rest of the time we were there. I was so really pleased and Thankful that they could see my cat at 3:30 in the morning. They were the only vet hospital was taking anyone. They were kind and took the time to explain what my fur baby was going through and help him. Even though they were over an hour away from me. I would definitely come to them again.
