When we moved here this was our first rental. Things were not working on arrival and we were treated like second class citizens. We had a toilet that they didn't fix for 6 months that was making our water bills very high. They are very rude and are known for not giving back a good portion of your security deposit. They will find things. I would not use them as renters.

Being a investor, The less problems to solve are the better. By chosen TLC to manage our properties in Fort Myers was one of the wise decisions we made. Monthly statement is easy to understand; No gap time between tenants and staffs are wonderful. TLC should be added to your portfolio to increase the value of your investment.
We rented a house this past Xmas instead of a condo to get more room. We decided on a rental from TLC Realty. Some unclear details of the terms left me unsatisfied. After multiple correspondence, we still do not have our security deposit.
On Wednesday, July 3, 2014 I received a call from Elin Greer stating that my tenant had contacted her about the refrigerator not working. Due to having problems with the refrigerator a couple of months ago it was felt by both Elin and I to replace it. Due to the next day being a holiday Elin was concerned that it may be difficult to purchase a new refrigerator over the holiday.
