Working with TLC Psychology has been a joy! I've found Dr. Jenny and Dr. CC to be communicative, kind, and thoughtful in all of our interactions. It's clear how much care and intention they put into their work to help others.
Do Not Use This Practice! They make you prepay, insurance doesn’t cover their visits if you have Aetna or UHC, and they don’t provide refunds if you cancel your appointment 2 days before even though their form states: “Cancellation Policy: In the event that you/your child are unable to keep either a face- to-face or TeleMental Health appointment, you must notify your psychologist at least 48 hours in advance or your card on file will be charged automatically, for your late cancelled/missed session."
