DJ and Scott were wonderful! I moved in and had some issues with AC and water heater, submitted work orders at 11pm. The next morning at 10:30 (30mins after opening), they were at my door to fix everything, PLUS a damaged panel that I hadn’t even asked about! Very grateful for their attentiveness and service.
Overall, our experience at The District has been great. DJ in maintenance has been attentive and quick to respond since day one, and Jesse at the leasing office has been consistently helpful and supportive throughout our time here. Our apartment has been well maintained and taken care of. The new management team, which recently took over, is still making improvements and changes in other parts of the building, but we’ve had no complaints on our end.
