Red carpet? Courteous? Not so much. Misunderstanding on amount of work needed done. Resolved by technician storming away and manager/owner(?) yelling at me on the phone about how he’s now out money. Not behavior one would expect from any service provider, let alone one who spouts their religion on their website.
RecommendedI had a leaky garbage disposal. TLC was recommended by my dad and they didn't disappoint. Bruce was professional and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation and explained my options. We had TLC come to our house to fix a slab leak/reroute our plumbing. They made multiple unnecessary cuts in our walls and ceiling, they splattered liquid metal all over our wall and didn’t even tell us and they disconnected our dryer and didn’t reconnect it properly. Aside from those issues they tried to upsell every little thing they could. We spoke with our neighbors who had the same job done and we paid well over $1,000 more than any of them did. Larry the plumber did a great job in installing my new water heater. he assisted with the clean up water leak from my old heater , and reviewed some points in the new manual so that I can get the best use out of the new heater.
Great service! Lawrence showed up on time, and made the extra effort to educate me about what he was doing and why, and gave me a LOT of good information. Price was reasonable; I'll definitely call them in the future.
Water heater started leaking last night- Thad talked us through how to stop the leak and Dave was here by the time coffee was brewing this morning to take a look. Ended up replacing the water heater and had all the work done by 12:30! These guys were great and quick to step up and help. Cleaned up and left the garage better than they walked in to it and didn't leave until they tested the water pressure and temperature to make sure new heater was working. We will definitely use these guys again!
Good plumbers, if you like people to come to your house bust a hole in the wall make more problems then was there in the first place, then tell you to fix it. Over priced.
