It's nice to have an office like TLC pediatrics that you know you can take your kids to in times of trouble.
What I like about most is that when we go in there, the TLC Pediatrics staff is friendly. They're caring. They talk to you like a family member instead of just a patient. They interact with the kids, can talk to you at an adult level and the kids at a child level.
I actually heard about them through family, and I would continue to pass on this great pediatric office. They are extremely welcoming and courteous.
I would say the quality of the services are great. I am thrilled with how everyone from the staff to the doctors are kind and helpful during any point in time, whether it be over the phone or in person.
Dr. Laff is fantastic. However she is very busy and I would not recommend seeing anyone but her. The other doctor and nurse practitioner are not people I would ever see again. I have now switched pediatricians after 8 months because I hate that I only have one doctor I can see or I have to take my kids to urgent care.
Anytime that one of my children has had a serious injury I can count on Dr. Laff to be thorough and if she finds out any new information she'll even call me on my cell phone. My children's health is very important to me and I'm glad it is to her as well.
Dr. Laff is so caring my kids absolutely love her. I know that I can trust her with my children and that really puts my mind at ease.
