My son has needed many crowns , seems like he always has a cavity despite us brushing and flossing, this time he had a crown placed and we ended up in the ER w uncontrollable bleeding the next day. I called the emergency dental phone number with no response. We needed hemorrhage meds that weren’t really helping, a dental consult and of course no follow up is available because they are closed tomorrow. We will never return here again. PLEASE do your research before letting this practice convince you that your child has substantial cavities without proof. I fell for the mom shaming, which led me to believe it was my fault, with my oldest child and when the same scenario was playing out with my youngest I decided to get a second opinion. Cavities that were so large they needed *silver caps* turned out to be NOTHING on an X-ray at a different practice. An X-ray that TLC refused to do.
