Front desk girl named Morgan is one of the pettiest people l've ever met. She’s rude, disrespectful and overall an embarrassment to this establishment. We've been bringing our children to TLC for 10+ yrs and l've never before encountered this type of treatment. The Doctors here are excellent, no complaint there, but when it comes to their admin. well, there's definitely a problem . So sad and unfortunate.
We love TLC pediatrics! My kids normally see Dr Matsumoto but have seen many of the doctors here over the years. We have been going here for 9 years and whether a well child or sick child visit we have a great experience! We rarely have to wait upon check in and we can normally get in for in an appointment quickly. 10/10 recommend!
Dr Ramirez is the Best!!! We have been patients at Chandler and Phoenix TLC Pediatrics for many years, and I cannot say enough good things about the clinics. Dr. Ramirez has been our children’s doctor from the beginning, and she is truly amazing caring, attentive, and always willing to listen. Dan Ramaekers, PA, is just as wonderful. Such an amazing pediatric office. I’m a first time mom and admittedly have had a good amount of questions every appointment, the providers are absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and let me bug them with questions. My baby loves them and they’re all so sweet with him. Dr Matsumoto and Dan have made me feel super comfortable and have been able to help with any issues I run into. We love Dr. Ramirez and TLC Pediatrics. Appointments are easy to make and we are seen on time. Dr. Ramirez has expertise in kids with special needs and is great dealing with my super anxious child. She puts my child at ease, and takes time to explain medical things so that I can understand what is going on. She is always prepared when we see her, and knows my child’s medical history.
