All I can say is thank you for the change back to some of the original staff and management. This practice is so much better with this team back at the helm! They care so much about my son’s progress and helping through the process each step of the way. I really appreciate the update to the clinic and the providers seem so much happier with a good work life balance that truly shows when working with my son.
I love this practice and appreciate all the assistance they provide for my child. They will really try and work with you in every aspect of care, including insurance. I am so thankful for the change back to some of the original staff and team leaders. This is truly a great practice once again!
They don't answer their phones. My son had an OT evaluation and that was a month ago and they have not even written up his plan of care. They were late getting my son into speech because they received his authorization and waited a week to tell me they recieved it. (They are good about fixing their issues in a timely manner, and getting back with parents, they are also very apologetic and seem like they are trying to get new ownership going and back in buisness)
Billing department is not existing. You can’t find anyone who knows anything about insurance. Nor anyone can answer the phone. My insurance company called the office numerous times no one ever answer the phone. Billings are handled by third-party,,no way to contact them. There was only one lady work at the office. The only way to communicate with them is going to the office in person before 4 PM.
