Went to TLC with 3 of us on Aug. 5 to have pedicures, we had a scheduled apt. We waited 30 min. Before We were seated, sat for 45 min with feet in water that had turned cool by then. No one acknowledged we were even there, so now it is an hour past our arrival and no one has started on our feet. So we got out of our chairs,and announced that we were very disgusted and leaving . With never to return, there reply was Ok, LOL this is no way to run a business

Worst service EVER!!!!!!!! Very unprofessional, never asked what I wanted from the beginning, sisters tech walked away and never finished her nails. And then get charged $5 for a couple squiggly lines.... will never be back. Gave the place a second chance and extremely disappointed.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had!! Poorly done pedicure horrible job on refilling my nails. Wanted to charge $5 extra to scrub your feet more then one pass with a pumice. Also tried to charge me for something I didn't even know she was putting on my nails. Very sad establishment! Never again!
On behalf of my gf, the issue from before was made right....case closed!
