Had a new set put on for daughters wedding. Waited 1.5 hours before reaching the chair and once there I realized it was a mistake. Nails were thick and oddly shaped. I was embarrassed. Husband said they looked like something out of a horror movie. I woke up and drove to my old nail salon 30min away where they promptly corrected what was done at TLC. I won't go back.
Waiting over an hour past appointment!!! Not acceptable.
TLC Rocks!!! Everyone is personable and friendly. I have ingrown toenail problems, and keep them in check by going to TLC! Alternatives would be doctor bills, and the possibility of loosing the nails. Instead, I can come in for a relaxing pedi and nail fill all in good company. Also, very good at artistry...I receive many compliments on my nails!!!!
When you go to a nail spa, you should expect a relaxed atmosphere and be willing to wait. I don't want to feel like they are rushing through manicure or pedicure so they can get to someone else. There for I wouldn't expect them to rush through someone else's to get to mine. Kim and her crew do a very good job and are very friendly!
