Flawless... highly recommend these guys – These guys are good. Their quotes aren't cellar cheap but you get what you pay for. If anything they overestimate the quote (they charge by the hr) so there're no surprises. Our move from NYC to Edgewater took 2.5 hrs less than originally planned (might even have taken 1/2 - 3/4 hr less if they didn't have to wait for elevator escort at the place I moved out from). Inaccurate quote, poor customer service – I used TLC when moving things from storage. First, the movers showed up late. They also made a mark on my new mattress and then tried to claim it was already there. The price was more than what was originally quoted, and they charged me for additional packing supplies without asking me if I wanted them first. Additionally, they made me feel like I had no choice but to tip them 20% for service I was not happy with.
