I was super surprised to get an appointment within a week of me trying to schedule it because my experience here has been either a doctor is not taking new patients or it’s several months out to even potentially see one. I think that the staff at the front desk could be a little more compassionate. I need some samples of Eligus because money is tight very expensive. All she said was they didn’t have any end of discussion. What she could have said is we can let you know when we get some. I find it hard to believe that heart specialist does not have multiple samples of medication in their office. How does This happen. Very professional and the service is first class. The maximum time you spent at the doctor office before they call you is 15 to 20 minutes
