The incompetence and carelessness of the staff at TLC caused an elderly family member of mine severe pain. It was completely unacceptable. Our healthcare provider had arranged for my elderly family member to be picked up by gurney in a non-emergency ambulance for two medical appointments: one in the morning, one in the early afternoon. The morning appointment went smoothly. But the afternoon pickup was a disaster. One star is too many for this company! Experienced the absolute nastiest, rudest, unpleasant person EVER today while dropping my stroke patient father off at Pine Creek Care Center. Was told by PCCC staff to park in the entry, the orderly with the wheelchair will be out to assist. The TLC employees hit my car with the gurney, didn't say anything. I stated, you hit my car. Unpredictable timing and poor communication

They can't make there pickup time. I had to waited 1 1/2 hrs after my pickup time for them to show, but then the driver walk right by me and walk around the hospital for 15 mins. before coming back to the truck. Kaiser Hosp. 07/06/2017
