Best to avoid this company. We hired Jake Swift to tear out & remodel a kitchen and reconfigure a laundry room in our cabin. The workmanship and his carpenters were generally fine. But the cost overruns were ridiculous. Started as a $55k estimate and ended up at $100k with no changes to the original plan. Jake personally never visited the project in progress or after completion so that was very disappointing. More recently, a leak under the laundry room was discovered. Do not use. Collected 100 % of the contract price for building our dream home but only built 40 % of the house with defects . No communication skills or building knowledge of building a house by a river.
