I recommend that you not use this company. Their employees are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I had a 100.00 credit on the books they refused to give me. Candy told me i should be more responsible when paying my bills. That i was a contant complainer and that i wouldn't even know i had a credit unless she told me. Meaning they would just keep my money because i didnt know i had over paid. I get there treatment service because of this attitude. They know nothing about customer service. Beware! This is the worst lawn company out there. We used to have the best grass in the neighborhood. Now it looks like a terrarium..Big patches of no grass and spurts of high grass. They came out last season and did all thatching and treatments and now I have no grass at all. They won't send someone out to look at it because i refuse to pay them my last payment due to now having the worst grass on the block. They did a verticut and seed last year on my yard in the fall. Our lawn now looks like a park. This year they installed a drainage system in our backyard and solved a huge problem. A few years ago they put backfill dirt around our foundation and did the same for our neighbor. We are both happy. They also installed a sprinkler system in our yard that works great. Had a verti-cut and seeding done by TLC. The very next day, a coupon for 10% off verti-cut / seeding arrived via email. Requested that they honor the coupon, since it seemed reasonable that they do so. They declined, and instead offered a 10% credit toward future services. Yeah right. Like there is going to be any future work done by TLC. Just sayin'.

I had a good friend that needed serious lawn help so I suggested TLC. They went out and made my friend very happy - he needed a lot of trimming to save the grass in the front and he had a lot of rot. It will be an ongoing process but way to go TLC!

TLC suggeated I install sprinklers prior to investing in a lawn. Best advice ever. Now the treatments, seeding and care are effective and I'm not wasting money every time I try to grow a lawn.
