The entire process with TLC has been very good. I am very excited to be able to see without glass or contacts for the first time in 52 years!!! I do have some blurriness in my right eye but am very confident that it will either improve or improve with another process down the road which I am told will be covered as part of my care with them. Thanks to all at TLC!!!!
Dr. John Oster and his staff are beyond excellent, instilling quality service and personable care. I was excited, yet nervous about walking in and they made me feel cool, confident, and collected as the testing and procedure was conducted. All the staff was outstanding! Dr. John Oster was laughing with me / sharing stories about exploring the many caves of SD before the surgery, real badass who runs 5ks and wins them. Couldn't be any more disappointed. My distant vision is not noticeably any better and it took away my near vision to where I can't read without glasses. I could read totally fine before the surgery. I was trying to improve my distant vision and was told I was a candidate for the surgery. I had to do follow ups from a different eye doctor and was told that TLC would pay for them but I'm not 61-90 days behind on that bill because they are billing me and not TLC. 1 out of 10 stars would not recommend TLC.
They were able to get me in for a consult and LASIK procedure quickly. Everyone at TLC was very kind and professional. They were also very thorough with explaining the procedure and follow up instructions. Worth every penny!!
