Caveat Emptor! Quality of work is very good, but cost and dependability, not so much. Recently, I requested an estimate to repair 2 sprinkler heads and install 2 new sprinkler heads. I scheduled the service and did my own research to get a price estimate range. The day of the scheduled estimate appt, no one showed up and no one called. RecommendedWe’ve been using TLC for several years now. They helped us with some projects at a former home we owned, and have now assisted us again in our latest home. We had a garage floor installed by TLC, and there were initially some problems with the products itself. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix the issue and make it nothing short of AMAZING. Really enjoy working with TLC for my sprinkler system needs. TLC is very responsive and accommodating. The technicians are very knowledgable and the crews always leaves my lawn better than expected after any underground work I requested. This team really knows there stuff!

Prior to me giving you our 2 job’s with you, I asked your salesman if we could pressure wash your product I even started up the motor so he could see the water pressure and he said yes as long as we do not “strait stream it.” We were promised by your salesman that our pressure washer would be Ok! it will not distroy our product. And he said that if our product does come up that even if it does that we will have a lifetime warranty and that they will always repair it if anything happens to the product!!
