This review is not about Dr. Jain, but about the clinic staff and overall service. I’ve never experienced such poor service, and lack of accountability. Empty promises, and little to no care for patients. I’ve tried for a week straight to have a refill prescription done. Have tried to explain the urgency as I’ve run out of my medication, but they seem to not care one single bit. Dr. Jain is professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. His staff are always pleasant and kind, but also helpful if you need it. My appointments are on time and focused on my needs. Thanks to all of you.
Awful, reception doesn’t exist. Never answer the phone, nor return calls. IF they answered they put you on hold and then hang up on you. After trying to call 8-9 times to confirm an appointment, and leaving 2-3 voice message. I show up to be told it was canceled. Originally when I asked a biopsy, the receptionist told me you wait 6 months, it’s ok you will be fine.
