I guess I'm forced to give 1/2 star- I'd give non if it was possible. I've been one of those people who grew up having lots of cavities so I have never had any fear of dentists. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I went in for a filling and then all of the sudden I'm getting a root canal! That wasn't the worst of it. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. The doctor always listen to every question or concern I may have. The front desk person and the assistnat always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures, my insurance benefits and my expected cost. Went in for a routine filling, the filling started to hurt the next day and continued to hurt for weeks. Decided to go to another dentist, he said the filling was badly done and redid the filling. Nine months later they noticed that our health insurance did not cover the procedure and sent a bill. We called to discuss the bill and the bad work done and were surprised to be told that our only option was to pay or go to collection. Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? No, but I was able to read a magazine Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
