The instructor was wise and made it feel like it was a safe zone to learn from her and as well others experiences. She made you feel comfortable within the group and was not judgemental but very understanding and kind.

Very helpful and informative content
My facilitator Vanessa was a pleasure to work with. The information shared along with the Other classmates was very helpful in understanding and recognizing what battery is actually comprised of. The hour and a half meetings over the 29 week process actually went fairly quickly. I wish to thank both Terrence and Vanessa for all their help getting me through this program.
