Knew my Son car engine light was on but inspected it anyway and charged him then told him to come back. My son told him I don't live here but told him he couldn't go to anyone else but him.
Just another business charging more for less! I used to have my truck washed there every week and the guys did a good job. After not going there for awhile I decided to go today. The menu is different you have to pay extra for them to get the bugs off your vehicle! This used to be included! I didn't have any idea that this was not included. I have traveled the globe with my car and TLC is the second carwash to clean the interior as well as the exterior, for a 1/3 of the price. The staff was very friendly and only took 15 minutes to complete my car. Thanks for treating me like your business depended on me to survive.
Paid $50.00 for a car wash/vacuum and clean the inside. I got in my car and started driving, got halfway home and looked down in my cup holders and there was some kind of liquid just drenched in both, the windows were streaky, this wasn't the first time I've had problems. I won't be back
Been going there for years today their employee Dominique Jones leads me onto the track damages my hubcap and when I saw my car and asked for help, the supervisor Logan Bell states there isn't a manager there and he cant write the incident up because it didn't happen there. The place on HOPE MILLS rd damaged my car and I spoke with the owner and he said he would contact me back which he never did. And then instead of him trying to help they block me from fb. Do not go here they will damage your car.
For $40.00 and a $10.00 tip, you'd think I would not have to beg for them to remove the dead bugs off the front of my car. Did not vacuum cup holders. Overspray spots from armor all all over. The only reason I tipped is because them men are out there in this heat pouring sweat with no shade whatsoever working like dogs, while the owner sits in the AC hiding,reaping the reward. Wanted to complain, manager disappeared. Will not answer phone.Never again!
Car was stil dirty. Front still was covered in bugs and the windshield was still trashed. Manager told me it didn't get clean because I didn't pay for a $35 wash. I payed $18. He also threatened to call the garrison commander of Fort Bragg because I was military making a complaint against them.
