Go somewhere else. They do a lousy job. I got the Express detail from my wife as a gift and they rubbed the racing stripes off. When I complained, they said tough. When I asked to talk to a manager they refused to give me a name. Go somewhere else.
great for car These guys are awesome. They took great care of my car while cleaning it. They even dry it when they're finished. The waiting area is clean and I didn't mind waiting. Their service was fast and it was a reasonable price.

Pist Off I have been going to this particular location to get my car wash many times with no problem. But on January 14, I went there to have my car wash and all my windows were up so all the employee had to do was drive my car through the washer. It took them 15 minutes to run my car thorugh the washer and now I know why. I got in my car and notice something was wrong with my window. Selfe Serve is Expensive The self serve bays are expensive and the pressure is very weak. You'll spend more time running to the coin slot than washing your car. 25 cents gets you 25 seconds. I've never seen such an expensive bay. The pressure is very weak as well, and does a poor job of removing anything. I drive a little farther to another bay now.
I just went through TLC carwash on Ramsey street.This is what I got for 20.00.No vacuum or drying or even a clean car.I would never send anyone there.They said if they vacuum or anything else that would have been 20.00 more.Looked like blue koolaid all over my car.
Truck was not clean! I should have cleaned it myself for 25 bucks. One side of my truck received the tire service. Floors were the kind you wipe out and still had trash that needed vacuuming! Never going there again!
Car was damaged in the wash due to my after-market tire valve. My tire was FLAT and none of the workers even bothered to help me. My mom called the manager of the one on Skibo and he was polite, but the manager of this one was rude and just kept blaming me. I'm a 19 year old female with a flat tire and he just reminded me I couldn't leave my car on the property overnight � this location doesn't care about the safety or happiness of their customers, he was just worried I'd blame them. Paid 40.00 to wash and clean brand new cr-v, we saw them wiping dirt off bottom of doors and used same cloth on paint. Multiple scratches on hatch . And car still is filthy. Wish i would have saw reviews first. This is place on ramsey st in fay, stay away!!!!
