I just went through TLC carwash on Ramsey street.This is what I got for 20.00.No vacuum or drying or even a clean car.I would never send anyone there.They said if they vacuum or anything else that would have been 20.00 more.Looked like blue koolaid all over my car.
Truck was not clean! I should have cleaned it myself for 25 bucks. One side of my truck received the tire service. Floors were the kind you wipe out and still had trash that needed vacuuming! Never going there again!
Car was damaged in the wash due to my after-market tire valve. My tire was FLAT and none of the workers even bothered to help me. My mom called the manager of the one on Skibo and he was polite, but the manager of this one was rude and just kept blaming me. I'm a 19 year old female with a flat tire and he just reminded me I couldn't leave my car on the property overnight � this location doesn't care about the safety or happiness of their customers, he was just worried I'd blame them. Paid 40.00 to wash and clean brand new cr-v, we saw them wiping dirt off bottom of doors and used same cloth on paint. Multiple scratches on hatch . And car still is filthy. Wish i would have saw reviews first. This is place on ramsey st in fay, stay away!!!!
Knew my Son car engine light was on but inspected it anyway and charged him then told him to come back. My son told him I don't live here but told him he couldn't go to anyone else but him.
Just another business charging more for less! I used to have my truck washed there every week and the guys did a good job. After not going there for awhile I decided to go today. The menu is different you have to pay extra for them to get the bugs off your vehicle! This used to be included! I didn't have any idea that this was not included. You also have to chose a outside and inside detailing service but the guy I talked to said that it didn't show the bug service for the outside service but for the inside one? Really? Paid $50.00 for a car wash/vacuum and clean the inside. I got in my car and started driving, got halfway home and looked down in my cup holders and there was some kind of liquid just drenched in both, the windows were streaky, this wasn't the first time I've had problems. I won't be back
Been going there for years today their employee Dominique Jones leads me onto the track damages my hubcap and when I saw my car and asked for help, the supervisor Logan Bell states there isn't a manager there and he cant write the incident up because it didn't happen there.
