My dog has been a patient at TLC since she was an 8 week old puppy. She was seriously ill and in need of care yesterday. I called first thing in the morning and was told they would not fit her in. I was disappointed and mostly noticed a lack of care and concern for her well being. Seems they have lost focus on why they do what they do. I called a new vet and they insisted that I bring her right in, even though there were no openings. That is my new vet. I called to have my doxie's nails trimmed when I noticed they were ridiculously long. My husband was out of town, there was snow, and I had three kids I would have to bring along. The receptionist was great, they gave me an appt for 2 hours after I called, and when I arrived, they even helped me with my girls. AWESOME, caring experience and they helped ease my horrible guilt over not taking better care of my little dog. Happy to have you so close to our new home; thank you SO MUCH for your incredible service.
Dr. Michel is the best would not go anywhere else. Very Nice people always able to help us.
I have been very pleased with TLC...UNTIL I really need them. Enough said....moving on.
Love the service and the friendly people that work there. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
