RecommendedWe have been going to TLC since they opened. We first met Dr Mike from Packerland Vetinary. We have had 3 dogs since and have had excellent care from TLC Vets and staff. We could not think of going to another Vet based on the service that we have received in the past 15 plus years.
Although medically everything was good, the lecture from the vet/owner on the ineffectiveness of spaying feral cats and Animal Rescues spaying cats at an early age was awful and I won’t be going back. (My new kitty is a rescue.) His callous and superior attitude against the good work of volunteers who are helping control the cat population was extremely disheartening. The last vet (She recently retired) who worked there had a much better bedside manner.
Dr’s and staff are nice, however if you need an appointment asap availability fills up fast and they don’t try to squeeze you in if you have a concern about your pet they just refer you to the emergency vet. Also, upon reading other people’s reviews it seems to be a trend. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on and referring elsewhere as well.
Can not say enough about the amazing service and care we have received over the years. Dr. Mike is truly a blessing. Anyone looking for a quality place for your fur babies, this is it!
We can't thank the staff at TLC and especially Dr Michael enough for the love and compassion they showed our Paz all these years. Don't hesitate if you're looking for a vet for your companion. Thank you all.
I just have to say that I am so thankful to Dr. Michael and all the staff at TLC who took care of my dog Schatzie today and also made the whole experience feel comforting to my husband and I. She is 13 and we were so concerned about a tumor or cancer and it turned out she had some rotten teeth which they took care of and I'm hoping that our dog will feel much better now.
