2026 Update - We used Tom and TL Renovation, Inc. for a second time to finish our basement, which included moving utilities, framing, electrical and lighting, replacing basement windows, carpet, paint and trim. Tom's pricing was extremely fair when compared to other quotes. He started the project on time and finished the project on schedule.
